Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in electrical engineering, physics, or materials science.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with optoelectronic devices and high‑volume manufacturing.
• Strong data analysis and statistical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead yield improvement and CAPA activities.
• Investigate yield excursions and root causes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams for ramp readiness.
• Support NPI and transition to high‑volume manufacturing for VCSEL/DFB devices.
• Perform design/process sensitivity studies.
• Analyze data queries and statistical analyses.
• Ensure manufacturing readiness of chips, new equipment, and process flow.
