Job summary

OpenLight Photonics Inc. is seeking an analytical engineer to own product-level yield and qualification for high-volume manufacturing of PIC products. You will work with design, fab, test, reliability, supply chain, and external partners to optimize yield and product performance.

You will define HVM yield methodologies, forecast yield, and lead cross-functional improvements across the portfolio, translating process changes into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• B.S./M.S. in EE or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong statistical analysis, data mining, and modeling skills.
• Experience with photonics or semiconductor process is a plus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Define HVM yield and qualification methodologies for PIC products.
• Baseline and forecast product yield; drive quality improvements.
• Own end-to-end yield for PIC products with internal/external partners.
• Analyze test data and support reliability plans; document workflows.
