Qualifications

• MS in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of relevant semiconductor device experience.
• PhD preferred with 2 years of industry experience.
• Deep knowledge of III-V devices, physics, TCAD, fab processes, testing, and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Manage new device development projects from concept to production transfer.
• Define device technology requirements aligned with product roadmap.
• Design and simulate epitaxial structures with epi engineering.
• Coordinate with process integration for unit process requirements and wafer flows.
• Create test structures and test plans for high-volume manufacturing readiness.
• Perform DC, RF, and optical testing; analyze data to improve device performance.
• Document verification data, corner studies, and transfer handoffs to manufacturing.
