Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Science
• 2+ years in engineering or science disciplines
• Experience with software coding (Python, C#/.NET, HTML, JavaScript) with ML/AI emphasis
• Experience with statistical analysis and analytical methods
• 1+ years in advanced manufacturing environments
• Working knowledge of Git and SQL; experience maintaining manufacturing automation systems

Responsibilities

• Perform statistical analysis and develop visualizations to construct process development roadmaps.
• Analyze diverse big data sources for yield modeling and process roadmap definition.
• Maintain systems enabling faster interpretation of fab process, defect, and electrical data to drive yield improvements.
• Apply statistics, ML, and coding techniques to extract insights from large data volumes.
• Transform experimental data into yield improvement actions.
• Ensure manufacturability over process and product design through thorough analysis.
• Execute new product introductions and participate in DOE (design of experiments).
• Develop tools and algorithms for high-volume data analysis to identify yield limiters.
• Harden equipment systems to meet operating needs for leading-edge nodes.
• Develop AI/ML applications to improve patterning and design efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and implement algorithms.
