Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Materials, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 4+ years in thin film metrology techniques and their interaction with high-volume manufacturing.
• 4+ years in advanced-node semiconductor manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and statistics; ML exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed data analysis to identify root causes of parametric mismatches.
• Provide technical guidance on metrology optimization and tool matching.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to improve yield.
• Collaborate with fab, Process Integration, Yield, and TD teams to ensure readiness.
