  • Experience with defect metrology tools: bright field, darkfield, Ebeam.
  • Experience inline monitoring/detection of tool shifts in a high-volume fab.
  • Ability to work across cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential yield-limiting defect sources and define a defect reduction roadmap.
  • Use statistical process control to sustain line health and prevent excursions.
  • Install, qualify and sustain inline inspection/reviewing equipment.
  • Collaborate with integration and process partners to identify gaps and implement improvements.
