Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or Materials Science.
Experience with defect metrology tools: bright field, darkfield, Ebeam.
Experience inline monitoring/detection of tool shifts in a high-volume fab.
Ability to work across cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Identify potential yield-limiting defect sources and define a defect reduction roadmap.
Use statistical process control to sustain line health and prevent excursions.
Install, qualify and sustain inline inspection/reviewing equipment.
Collaborate with integration and process partners to identify gaps and implement improvements.
