Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Materials Science, Microelectronics, Physics).
• Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) methodologies.
• Experience supporting High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM) environments and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute experiments to optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Analyze process, defect, and yield data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor inline defectivity, parametric performance, and end-of-line yield metrics for stability.
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on defect reduction and yield improvement.
