Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical/ Electronics/ Chemical/ Materials/ Device Physics or related field.
• 2+ years in defect reduction and yield enhancement in CMOS/BiCMOS or bipolar processes.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decisions.
• Experience with statistical analysis (t-test, ANOVA) and JMP.
• Ability to drive projects to closure amid shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own defect control across multiple process flows; monitor SPC trends and support corrective actions.
• Support defect excursion investigations with data pull/analysis and containment documentation.
• Execute yield-improvement initiatives using Pareto and yield kill ratio analyses; maintain OCAPs.
• Provide metrology tool support across AOI and SEM platforms (recipe robustness, checks, monitoring).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan experiments and optimize processes.
• Analyze defect/yield data and present findings clearly in updates and presentations.
• Share learnings and BKMs with peers and technicians.
