Job summary

Analog Devices in Camas, Washington is seeking a Front-End Fab Quality professional to drive defect reduction and yield enhancement in CMOS/BiCMOS processes. You will work cross-functionally to identify defect mechanisms, analyze data, and support corrective actions on the wafer fabrication line.

The role requires a BS/MS in a relevant engineering field and 2+ years of experience with statistically driven quality improvements, strong communication, and problem solving.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical, Electronics, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Device Physics or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in defect reduction and yield enhancement in CMOS/BiCMOS or semiconductor processes.
• Strong communication and analytical/problem solving skills; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Defect control ownership across multiple process flows and monitor SPC trends.
• Support defect excursion investigations with data analysis and containment documentation.
• Execute yield improvement initiatives using Pareto analysis and OCAPs.
• Support metrology tool performance and SEM review across AOI platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan experiments and propose process optimizations.
• Analyze defect and yield data and communicate findings through updates and presentations.
• Share best-known methods and learnings with peers and technicians.
