Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a Staff Process Engineer (P4) to act as the site Defect Expert in Wilmington, MA. Lead defect inspection, calibration, and data-driven improvement efforts across MEMS modules.

Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and vendors to enhance yield and process control. The role requires 8+ years in semiconductor/mems, strong metrology and data analysis capabilities, and experience with AOI/inspection tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 8+ years in semiconductor/mems or related processes.
• Strong defect metrology, AOI, inspection tools experience and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead defect inspection, classification, analysis, and recipe optimization.
• Drive corrective actions to improve yield, quality, and process control.
• Mentor engineers and technicians; partner with cross-functional teams.
• Define wafer-level inspection and process control capabilities for MEMS.
