Analog Devices in Camas, Washington is seeking a Front-End Fab Quality professional to drive defect reduction and yield enhancement in CMOS/BiCMOS processes. You will work cross-functionally to identify defect mechanisms, analyze data, and support corrective actions on the wafer fabrication line.
The role requires a BS/MS in a relevant engineering field and 2+ years of experience with statistically driven quality improvements, strong communication, and problem solving.

ADI’s Front-End Fab Quality organization drives customer satisfaction through continuous improvement in front-end manufacturing, with a focus on defect reduction, prevention, and yield enhancement. This role is based at ADI’s wafer fabrication facility in Camas, Washington, and works cross-functionally to identify, contain, and eliminate yield-limiting defect mechanisms.
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $75,200 to $103,400. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
