Job summary

Intel is seeking a Yield Product Development Engineer to advance process technologies within MDCE. You will identify root-cause yield limiters and drive solutions to improve manufacturability and yield across nodes, enabling successful product introductions and robust methodologies for manufacturing goals.

You will develop AI/ML applications and computational tools to bridge design and manufacturing, while collaborating with fab and design teams to optimize yield and product quality.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or Ph.D. in semiconductor science-related STEM field (engineering, physical science, CS, or related).
• 5+ years with Master's, or 2+ years with Ph.D. in advanced semiconductor devices and process flow.

Responsibilities

• Develop methods and systems to analyze defect mode data and yield modeling.
• Perform statistical analysis, create visualizations, and roadmap yield milestones.
• Extract insights from structured/unstructured data using statistics, ML, and coding.
• Collaborate with design teams to resolve yield issues before ramp.
