Job summary

Intel Corporation’s Advanced Packaging Technology and Manufacturing (APTM) Yield Group in Albuquerque, NM seeks an APTM Yield Analysis/Device Engineer to drive technology development, transfers, and manufacturing ramps.

You will analyze massive datasets to optimize processes, lead cross-functional problem solving, and report yield health to partners. A technical degree with semiconductor experience and strong data-analysis skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years semiconductor industry experience.
• OR Master's degree with 3+ years.
• OR PhD with 1+ year.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize data from factory datasets using statistics and ML.
• Correlate failure mechanisms across FA/DFT/Sort/Test and integration flows.
• Optimize inline defect metrology and drive defect reduction programs.
• Lead a small engineering team to execute experiments and enable technology transfers to HVM.
• Deliver detailed technical reports to upstream and downstream partners with actionable yield plans.
