Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Data synthesis from structured/unstructured factory datasets using statistical methods and tools.
• Correlate electrical and physical failure mechanisms and relate to DFT/FA processes.
• Manage inline defect metrologies and drive defect reduction programs.
• Lead a small team to execute experiments and ensure successful technology transfers to HVM.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and drive action plans with partners.
