The position offers a full-time, year-round schedule with a typical 40-hour work week and hourly pay between $23.70 and $24.35.

Qualifications

• Must maintain equipment reliability and safety compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor seasonal staff.
• Experience with commercial kitchen systems and equipment is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, refrigeration, and steam systems for commercial kitchen equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and support seasonal openings/closes.
• Track and close work orders in CMMS and ensure documentation.
