Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to explain tax concepts clearly to clients.
• Experience preparing complex individual and business returns and tax planning.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individual and business clients.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess finances and tax implications.
• Provide IRS notice assistance and audit guidance as needed.
• Build year-round client relationships and identify tax savings opportunities.
