Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• CPA/EA or equivalent credentials preferred.
• 5+ years of tax prep, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with complex individual and business tax returns.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and implications.
• Provide personalized recommendations and tax savings opportunities.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team and contribute to a client-focused office environment.
