Job summary

The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) is offering a Year‑Round Internship in Chicago within the Knowledge Management team of Enterprise Technology Solutions. This 12‑month program runs January through December, open to undergrad and grad students actively enrolled, with up to 20 hours weekly during school and up to 40 hours in summer, capped at 1,000 hours.

The role is hybrid, with a strong emphasis on documentation, knowledge capture, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Rising senior or second-year graduate student, graduating December 2027 or May/August 2028.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Library/Information Science, Business Administration or related field.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum concepts is a plus. No coding or scripting required.
• Comfort working in a compliance-driven environment with documentation, accuracy and traceability matter.

Responsibilities

• Assist in documenting baseline knowledge across ETS knowledge domains.
• Draft or format a subset of knowledge assets identified in the risk assessment.
• Evaluate readability and log gaps as an external tester.
• Tag and organize knowledge assets to support findability.
• Track actions and maintain documentation for quarterly risk assessment cadence.
• Help compile baseline metrics and meeting notes for annual review.
• Track work in Jira and participate in sprint ceremonies.
• Support other KM team activities as assigned.
