Lighthouse Lab Services is seeking a Temporary Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist for a short-term contract through year-end. You will support the AR team by contacting customers, managing overdue invoices, and handling inquiries related to billing and collections.

The ideal candidate has AR/collections experience, excellent communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role offers hourly pay between $25 and $35, with a strong focus on accuracy and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable, collections, or billing.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
• Support collection efforts to meet year-end AR goals.
• Ensure invoices are emailed to customers accurately and promptly.
• Monitor and respond to emails in a shared mailbox about invoicing, billing, and collections.
• Communicate professionally with customers to resolve billing questions and enable timely payments.
• Maintain records of collection activities and invoice follow-ups.
• Collaborate with AR team to prioritize items and support daily operations.
