LanceSoft Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to proactively collect past due invoices and ensure clients receive accurate statements. You will support intercompany billings, assist with reconciliations, and help maintain customer master data with timely tax paperwork.

The role involves making collection calls, achieving weekly goals, and collaborating with AR leadership. Training is onsite for two weeks, followed by a hybrid schedule with in-office days on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AR credit and collections, billing, claims or contracts.
• Foundational understanding of debits and credits as they relate to AR.

Responsabilités

• Make collection calls for past due invoices and set credit limits.
• Meet weekly collection goals.
• Maintain notes in SAP FSCM and assist in reconciliations.
• Assist with AR month end, quarter end and year end close processes.
