Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year experience in student services programs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple rotations and coordinate logistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to committees, including scheduling meetings, agendas, and room reservations.
• Coordinate orientation, didactics, and materials for rotations.
• Track and follow up on action items from committee meetings.
• Assist with reviewing and processing course proposals and maintaining records of offerings.
• Coordinate/maintain course pages and grade submission timelines.
