Job summary

Picasso Hire, LLC in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Yardi Affordable Housing Supervisor to oversee Voyager Affordable Housing administration, property setup, and transitions. You will function as the primary Yardi expert while supervising staff, coordinating with Accounting, Compliance, Operations and IT, and driving system optimization.

The role requires deep Yardi knowledge across affordability programs (HUD Project-Based Section 8, LIHTC) and strong accounting familiarity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Yardi experience with hands-on Yardi Voyager Affordable Housing.
• Experience in multifamily affordable housing property management.
• Strong knowledge of HUD Project-Based Section 8 and LIHTC programs.
• Solid Yardi accounting functionality including GL, AR, AP, resident ledgers.
• Leadership and supervisory experience; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary subject matter expert for Yardi Voyager Affordable Housing.
• Provide hands-on technical and functional troubleshooting for Yardi issues.
• Lead property setups, conversions, go-live and transitions.
• Manage Yardi projects, configurations, and reporting.
• Oversee support tickets, escalation, and team performance.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Compliance, Operations, IT and other departments.
• Develop training and SOPs for Yardi users.
• Monitor system enhancements and training needs.
