Job summary

LHH is seeking a hands-on Yardi Systems Administrator to support real estate accounting and property management operations in Atlanta. You will own the technical/administrative side of the Yardi environment, ensuring data integrity and reliable reporting.

You will work closely with Accounting and Property Management teams to stabilize workflows, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement. This role offers ownership of a niche system with room to grow as the team expands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Yardi Voyager experience, including backend/database work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical administrator for Yardi Voyager, managing configuration, access, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Property Management teams to troubleshoot day-to-day issues and support operations.
• Support data cleanup, reporting, and process documentation to stabilize day-to-day activities.
• Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support accounting and operational reporting needs.
• Assist with backend troubleshooting and Yardi configuration as needed.
• Contribute to documentation and best practices for business continuity.
