LHH is seeking a hands-on Yardi Systems Administrator to support real estate accounting and property management operations for a top CRE firm in Atlanta. You will help drive cleanup, stabilize day-to-day operations, and own the technical/administrative side of the Yardi environment.

You'll work closely with the Accounting and Property Management teams to ensure the Yardi platform runs smoothly, data stays clean, and reporting is reliable. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical administrator for Yardi Voyager (currently on Voyager 8), managing system configuration, user access, and workflows
• Partner with Accounting and Property Management teams to troubleshoot day-to-day system issues and support ongoing operations
• Support post-implementation cleanup: data integrity, custom reports, workflow refinement, and process documentation
• Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support accounting and operational reporting needs
• Assist with backend/database-level troubleshooting and configuration within Yardi
• Act as a knowledge resource on Yardi best practices, staying current on platform updates and functionality
• Help establish stronger documentation and processes to reduce reliance on tribal knowledge and support long-term business continuity
• Collaborate with IT on integrations, upgrades, and system-related projects as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Yardi Voyager experience, including backend/database-level work (not user-level only)
• Working knowledge of Yardi Commercial modules preferred; candidates with strong Multifamily backgrounds and a willingness to cross-train into Commercial are encouraged to apply
• Experience supporting both accounting and property management stakeholders within a Yardi environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working independently in a lean, high-ownership environment
• Experience with post-implementation support, system cleanup, or Yardi upgrades is a plus
