Job summary

Cross Street Group is seeking a Yardi System Administrator to own and optimize the Yardi Voyager platform within a hybrid Chicago environment. You will manage tickets, coordinate with internal teams and Yardi support, and ensure secure, reliable operations across property management, accounting and operations.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years with Yardi Voyager, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Yardi Voyager or related Yardi products.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong understanding of multifamily property management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and day-to-day owner of the Yardi platform.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with internal stakeholders and Yardi support.
• Monitor system performance, configurations, and security settings.
• Gather feedback and coordinate testing for new Yardi features.
