Essex Property Trust, Inc. is seeking a Senior Yardi Systems Administrator to own and operate the Yardi platform across a large multifamily portfolio.

You will lead the Yardi group within Enterprise Applications, manage the Yardi Systems Administrator, and partner with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and system stability. The role requires deep Yardi expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to drive process improvements in leasing, property management, and accounting workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Yardi System Administration experience in a multifamily housing environment.
• Expertise in Yardi security, user provisioning, role configuration, and access governance.
• Experience managing teams, providing performance feedback, and developing direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as highest internal escalation point for Yardi tickets and complex issues across Voyager modules.
• Oversee user access governance, security role assignments, and audit-compliant permissions.
• Lead module configuration updates, workflow changes, and rollout of new features.
• Assist with testing, validation, and onboarding of acquired properties into Yardi.
• Directly manage the Yardi Systems Administrator and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Coordinate with corporate leadership and department heads to meet system needs with responsiveness.
