Job summary

ALCO is seeking a seasoned IT leader to manage and optimize the Yardi environment. You will provide strategic direction for Yardi administration, coordinate upgrades, and ensure high system availability in partnership with IT and business stakeholders.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with proven experience managing structured data systems and leading IT teams in a property-management context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience, including at least 3 years in an administrator capacity.
• 2+ years administering Yardi or a comparable property management platform.
• 3+ years of experience with structured data systems, including SQL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership for ALCO's Yardi environment.
• Manage Yardi system administration, upgrades, timelines, and ensure system availability.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Yardi Support, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal IT staff to document troubleshooting procedures and resolutions.
• Empower the IT Support Team to provide frontline support for Yardi users.
