Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience in Yardi support.
• 5+ years of direct experience in project management.
• Proven experience overseeing design, development, testing and implementation of software solutions.
• 5+ years with Yardi Voyager preferred; 3+ years with other real estate systems acceptable.
• 3+ years direct experience managing financial applications including reports and UI design.
• Real estate financial/operational knowledge required.
• Experience with Yardi, Argus or similar real estate software is a plus.
• PowerBI experience is ideal; SQL-based BI tooling acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide application development and integration for Yardi Voyager and other existing business systems.
• Provide application support and operational management for Yardi Voyager and other business systems.
• Evaluate, install, configure, and deploy new real estate systems software and products company-wide.
• Manage communication, training, procedural documentation and collaboration with key stakeholders and users.
