Job summary

Piedmont is seeking a Manager of Business Applications to supervise and optimize the company’s software portfolio, including Yardi Voyager and PowerBI. The role combines project management, business analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to guide design, deployment, and support of mission critical systems.

You will oversee requirements gathering, system integrations, training, and documentation while ensuring security, reliability, and performance across the Real Estate tech stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Yardi support and business solutions implementation.
• 5+ years in project management with cross-functional teams.
• Experience overseeing design, development, testing of software solutions.
• 5+ years in Yardi Voyager or other real estate financial systems.
• Experience with SQL databases and BI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide application development and integration for Yardi Voyager and other systems.
• Provide application support and operational management for Yardi Voyager and other systems.
• Evaluate, install, configure, deploy new real estate systems and products enterprise-wide.
• Manage communication, training, documentation and collaboration with stakeholders.
