Job summary

The RMR Group in Newton, MA is seeking a Staff, Lease Administration Analyst to extract and abstract lease data for a centralized Yardi database, enabling accurate reporting across the organization. You will coordinate with Accounting, Asset Management, Asset Services and Legal to ensure precise financial terms and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency with Yardi and Excel is preferred.
• Attention to detail, self-motivation, flexibility and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• 3+ years in commercial real estate lease administration.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Executed Deals and data into Yardi.
• Abstract lease terms for Leases, Amendments, Terminations and Assignments.
• Review abstractions for third-party accuracy and revenue recognition.
• Assess impact of Revenue Recognition on Straight-Line Rent; discuss SOX Narratives.
• Coordinate with Real Estate Services on space changes and tenant information.
• Assist with monthly close reconciliation of Yardi and Executed deals.
