Job summary

Brightview Senior Living in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Systems Specialist to support and optimize our enterprise technology environment at the Home Office. You will serve as a technical resource for Yardi Senior Housing and other business applications, handling configuration, troubleshooting, and administration.

The role emphasizes collaboration with users and IT teams, development of user guides, and ensuring data integrity and compliance. Some travel to communities may be required, up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years' experience in enterprise software administration and support.
• Experience in Senior Living and/or Property Management, ERP/CRM, clinical software, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience managing a support desk for software-related incidents and requests.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
• Moderate Excel skills.
• Excellent written communication, including technical writing.
• Excellent verbal communication with associates at all levels.
• Desire to provide exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to be onsite at communities, including up to 10% travel.
• Basic SQL knowledge or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users and escalate issues as needed.
• Communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly manner.
• Identify best practices to maintain data integrity and security.
• Learn and understand Yardi and related business systems.
• Develop and maintain user guides and training materials.
• Coordinate with vendors to research and resolve system issues.
• Configure and maintain system settings, security roles, and workflows.
• Support software initiatives with UAT, training, and issue tracking.
• Perform routine system audits and data validation to ensure performance and compliance.
• Manage incoming software vendor invoices through Yardi.
• Other duties as assigned.
