Job summary

McKinley Companies seeks a System Enablement Specialist – Yardi & Business Systems to support enterprise applications and business processes. You will troubleshoot Yardi and other critical systems, resolve data and workflow issues, and partner with operations to improve how technology serves the business.

The ideal candidate combines strong problem-solving with business acumen, digs into root causes, and connects technology, data, and processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; equivalent experience considered.
2+ years supporting enterprise business apps, PMS, ERP, or similar software.
Experience with Yardi products preferred (Yardi, YardiOne, Voyager, RentCafe).
Experience across ERP/CRM or enterprise apps is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting, data analysis, and process improvement skills.
Ability to translate business needs into system solutions and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as escalation point for complex Yardi and enterprise app issues.
Troubleshoot Yardi Voyager data issues, workflows, and configurations.
Support Yardi products such as YardiOne, Voyager, RentCafe, CRM, and related apps.
Analyze business processes and data to identify root causes and improvements.
Document processes, workflows, and technical solutions for teams.
Collaborate with leaders to implement system-based solutions.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve escalated issues and manage tickets.
Assist with system implementations, upgrades, testing, and rollouts.
