Job summary

AppleOne is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with Yardi expertise for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Los Angeles, CA. This role focuses on accurate AP processing, vendor management, and supporting multi-property accounting teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of AP experience, strong Yardi Voyager skills (7S/Voyager 8 or newer), and excellent Excel abilities to ensure timely payments and clean financial records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in commercial real estate or property management.
• Proficient with Yardi Voyager to code, enter, analyze, and track AP transactions.
• Strong Excel proficiency and MS Office skills.
• Experience supporting month-end close, CAM reconciliations, and tax filings.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable functions including invoice processing, coding, approvals, payments, and vendor account maintenance.
• Process progress billings from vendors, contractors, and service providers with accurate documentation.
• Enter and analyze AP transactions in Yardi Voyager and support monthly close activities.
• Maintain vendor files, W-9s, COIs, lien waivers, contracts, and related documentation.
• Assist with bank reconciliations, GL reconciliations, rental receipt processing, and AR backup.
• Support property tax schedules, loan schedules, CAM reconciliations, and related reports.
