Ledgent Accounting & Finance has partnered with a growing real estate investment and property management company and is actively seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk with Yardi experience. This is a contract to hire position and offers tremendous growth opportunities!

Must haves

• 6 months to 3 years of accounts payable experience
• Detail-oriented and great communication skills!

Responsibilities

• Recording and keeping all invoices in accounting systems.
• Paying vendors on time, verifying signature on invoices, coding, preparing checks and mailing checks
• Monitoring deadlines of all payments.
• Resolving issues with vendors when needed, for example, payment discrepancies, credit errors, void checks, reissue payments etc.
• Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the Accounts Payable functions and duties.
