Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR, or related finance experience required.
• Yardi experience is required.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with spreadsheets, reconciliations, and financial data.
• Coursework, degree, or professional experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Process AP invoices in Yardi with proper coding and supporting docs; assist with check runs and vendor records.
• Support AR functions including tenant ledgers, receivable tracking, postings, and reconciliations to GL.
• Perform monthly bank/credit card reconciliations and research discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close: GL review, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.
• Support property and management company accounting: fees, reimbursements, intercompany expenses, operating expenses.
• Assist with cash management, wire transfers, draw packages, reserves, and related docs.
