Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Moves trailers to/from unload/load doors and throughout the yard.
• Coordinates trailer movements with management or central control.
• Documents trailer moves using yard management systems or switcher cards.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections on switcher equipment.
• Loads and unloads packages onto/down from delivery vehicles and conveyors.
• Lifts, carries, pushes and pulls packages for two to four hour shifts.
