Job summary

RB Global Inc. is seeking a Yard Staff member to handle vehicle check-in, detailing, and safe movement around the facility. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and customer-focused interactions at the IAA site.

Candidates should be prepared for outdoor work in all weather, possess a valid driver's license, and have basic automotive knowledge. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible external candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Physical demands of the role noted; not a desk job.
• An upbeat demeanor and teamwork are essential.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle required.
• Automotive repair or rental/construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle check-in by recording and filing information.
• Detail vehicles to improve appearance and value at auction.
• Operate passenger vehicles safely within the facility.
• Recover keys, license plates, and other information; store properly.
• Assist visitors and guide them to the right contact person.
• On-the-job training in forklift and loader operation.
