Job summary

RB Global Inc. is seeking a Yard Staffer for IAA operations. This role involves outdoor work in all weather, vehicle check-in, vehicle detailing, and moving vehicles safely around the facility.

Candidates need a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and a customer-focused, upbeat attitude. Physical demands include lifting up to 100 lbs and frequent walking. Prior automotive knowledge or rentals experience is a plus; forklift training provided.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license and be eligible to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Check-in vehicles by recording and filing information for vehicles at the facility.
• Detail and thoroughly clean vehicles to enhance value at auction.
• Safely operate and move vehicles around the facility and participate in drive-through auctions.
• Recover keys, license plates, and related items from vehicles and store them properly.
• Assist visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff for assistance.
• Receive on-the-job training in forklift and loader operation.
