Job summary

IAA, RB Global, is seeking Yard Staff for its global auction operations. You will be on the front line, working outdoors, inspecting and preparing vehicles for auctions, and supporting safety-focused processes.

This role emphasizes attentiveness to detail, ability to learn new technology, and teamwork. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required; basic automotive knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Upbeat demeanor to ensure positive customer interactions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle as required.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle check-in by recording and filing information on vehicles assigned to the facility.
• Detail vehicles to improve appearance and value at auction (training provided).
• Operate passenger vehicles safely around the facility or in drive-through auctions.
• Recover keys, license plates, and other info and store them properly at the branch.
• Assist visitors by providing guidance and directing to the right person for help.
• Train and develop on the job in forklift and loader operation.
