Job summary

IAA, an RB Global company, is recruiting for a Yard Staff member to join the Yard Operations team. You will work outdoors in a fast-paced auction environment, handling vehicle check-ins, detailing, and safe movement of vehicles around the facility.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and a willingness to learn new technology and tools used in live auctions. Prior forklift training or experience is a plus; candidates must be prepared for physical duties and outdoor work in all weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Role has physical demands; read and understand that this is not a desk job.
• Experience in automotive repair or rental/construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check-in vehicles by recording and filing information for the facility.
• Detail/clean vehicles to improve appearance and value at auction; training provided.
• Operate passenger vehicles safely around the facility and during drive-through auctions.
• Recover keys, license plates, and related items and store securely.
• Assist visitors and direct them to the right person for help.
• Train on the job in forklift and loader operation.
