Job summary

IAA, an RB Global, Inc. company, is looking for a Yard Staff member who thrives in the elements and values safety as a priority. You will help with vehicle check-in, cleaning, and movement around the facility to support high-volume live auctions.

You will learn fast, work as part of a team, and gain exposure to cutting-edge auction tools while adhering to safety and equipment procedures in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Physical demands apply; this is not a desk job.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle check-in by recording and filing information for vehicles at the facility.
• Detail vehicles to improve appearance and value at auction.
• Operate passenger vehicles safely to move vehicles within the facility or during drive-through auctions.
• Recover keys, license plates, and other items and store them properly at the branch.
• Assist visitors and direct them to the appropriate contact for assistance.
• Train on forklift and loader operation on the job.
