Job summary

RB Global is seeking a Yard Staff member to join our IAA operations. The role involves checking in vehicles, detailing them for auction, and safely moving vehicles around the facility. You will learn and operate in forklift and loader equipment, with emphasis on safety and efficient workflow.

The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, physical stamina, and a team-oriented attitude to support busy auction operations in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Physical demands listed; not a desk job.
• Demeanor to ensure positive customer interactions.
• Valid driver's license required for job duties.
• Experience in rental or construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check-in vehicles by recording and filing information.
• Detail vehicles to improve appearance and value for auction.
• Operate passenger vehicles safely around the facility.
• Recover keys and license plates and store them properly.
• Assist visitors and direct to the right person for help.
• Train in forklift and loader operation.
