Job summary

Sysco Resources Services, LLC, through US0177 NorthEast Payroll, is seeking a Yard Gate Coordinator to ensure accurate yard management and efficient gate verification for inbound and outbound traffic at the facility. You will operate SWMS and TMS to support truck movements and driver communications.

primary duties include coordinating with carriers and visitors, recording critical data, and maintaining safety compliance while meeting productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a functional capacity test.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; valid driver’s license with insurability.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and follow safety procedures.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform gate verification for inbound/outbound traffic and manage yard activities.
• Operate SWMS and TMS systems to support yard operations and driver logistics.
• Direct carriers, drivers, and visitors to appropriate locations and ensure safety procedures.
• Record, verify, and communicate trailer, seal, and temperature data for outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with supervisor to resolve issues and improve yard processes.
