Job summary

Performance Team is seeking a Yard Associate to organize and update the yard daily. Ensure materials arrive as ordered and track yard inventory. You will gate trailers and containers, inspect and move items, and support routing, shipping, and dispatch activities to keep operations running efficiently.

Role requires attention to detail, ability to multitask, and familiarity with Microsoft applications. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with knowledge of DOT rules desirable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must be a team player with the ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gate trailers and containers in and out of the yard using the company software system.
• Walk the yard twice daily to ensure accuracy.
• Assist warehouse team in routing and shipping of materials with outbound equipment.
• Coordinate with dispatch to ensure trailer transfers between buildings occur smoothly.
• Maintain equipment inventory and verification.
