Job summary

Sysco is seeking a seasoned RDC Yard Supervisor to manage yard activities, oversee Transportation Supervisors and TOAs, and ensure accurate records and efficient inbound/outbound performance.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with emphasis on discipline, training, and safety across yard operations. Full-time, on-site at a Denver-area RDC with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must pass a functional capacity test.
• Ability to plan, organize, and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving system issues in daily load processing.
• Monitor carrier and system status messages and mitigate impacts.
• Communicate with Directors and Supervisors about shipping activities.
• Oversee yard operations and supervise Transportation staff.
