Job summary

Brox Industries is seeking a Yard Coordinator in Dracut, MA to support paving crews by setting up daily equipment and supplies, prepping small tools, and coordinating parts pickups. This role reports to the Equipment Manager and works closely with Operations Dispatch to keep jobs moving smoothly.

Responsibilities include staging trucks, stocking supplies, keeping the fuel island clean, performing daily inspections, and maintaining safety practices to meet MSHA/OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Some computer skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Staging trucks and equipment for crew needs.
• Setting up paving crews with needed supplies.
• Assisting with Parts Department pickups and deliveries.
• Keeping Fuel Island clean and performing daily and monthly inspections.
• Checking vehicles for proper safety equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers & triangles).
• Assisting with State Inspection Stickers.
• Maintaining inventory supplies for paving crews.
• Cleaning and prepping vehicles and equipment.
• Assisting with shop cleaning.
• Maintaining safety practices, which parallel or exceed MSHA and OSHA regulations.
• Maintaining Brox Industries safety goal of ZERO ACCIDENTS.
