Qualifications

• Experience in the paving industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong prioritizing, delegation and follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to interact effectively with others and resolve conflicts.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet night drivers; inspect trucks per Brox standards.
• Maintain consistent communication with plants, QC, ground personnel, and foreman.
• Check XBE Platform to confirm drivers report to work and GPS usage.
• Monitor trucking efficiency and reassign trucks to maximize performance.
• Verify end of shift that trucks are signed out and tickets match in XBE.
• Visit job sites to ensure safety per Brox policies.
• Conduct ride-alongs with internal fleet drivers.
• Assist with accident/incident response and equipment breakdowns.
• Maintain and restock trucker supply inventory.
• Communicate and reinforce company vision, value, and goals.
