Responsibilities include supervising night drivers, checking equipment and alarms, coordinating with plants and foreman, and ensuring proper documentation in the XBE Platform, while reinforcing Brox's Safety Policies and company goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in the paving industry preferred.
• Strong prioritization, delegation, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet night drivers and inspect truck bodies and alarms to Brox standards.
• Maintain constant communication with plants, QC, and foremen to ensure smooth trucking.
• Monitor XBE Platform for driver check-in and GPS usage.
• Verify end-of-shift signouts and ticket accuracy in XBE Platform.
• Visit job sites to uphold safety policies and procedures.
