Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Yard Driver, Non-CDL in Little Rock to move and park tractor trailers on company property, coordinating loading docks and parking areas. You’ll help maintain safety and DOT compliance while representing the company to customers and vendors.

The role emphasizes safe, timely trailer movements, documentation, and collaboration with drivers and yard staff. CDL-A is preferred but not required for consideration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 6-12 months of tractor trailer experience.
• Must be able to work the scheduled, assigned times and required overtime for the position.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable).
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Pass road test.
• Valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card.

Responsibilities

• Performs inspections and moves trailers safely following all DOT regulations and company safe-driving policies.
• Fuels, moves, and parks tractors and trailers to the docks.
• Transports tractor trailers to offsite maintenance and/or inspection facilities; requires local city driving.
• Secures trucks, trailers, and equipment always. Completes all required documentation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
