Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Temple, Texas is seeking a Yard Driver to move tractor trailers to loading docks and park trailers safely. You will operate in accordance with DOT regulations, perform safety checks, and communicate professionally with co-workers.

The position features a 5-day work week (Sunday–Friday) with a 3:30pm–12am shift, paying $22.50 per hour, plus Day 1 health benefits, 401K employer matching, education assistance, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL A and be 21+ years old.
• 6-12 months of commercial driving experience.
• Meet DOT and safety requirements as described.

Responsibilities

• Move tractor trailers to/from loading docks and designated parking areas.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and follow DOT regulations.
• Handle paperwork related to offsite maintenance and inspections.
• Ensure trailers and equipment are secured at all times.
